This site (mxwatches.co.uk) is operated by MX Watches, Lichfield, United Kingdom (contact: hello@mxwatches.co.uk). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

MX Watches is an independent reseller of branded and own-brand watches. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by the manufacturers whose products we resell. Trade marks (Tissot®, Burberry®, Hugo Boss®, Fossil®, Michael Kors®, Guess®, Diesel®, Maserati®, Marc Jacobs®, Tommy Hilfiger®, Movado®, Bulova®, Ferragamo®, Seiko®, Armani Exchange®, Emporio Armani® and others) belong to their respective owners.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Some second-hand items are sold under the UK VAT Margin Scheme (see §6); these will display a single inclusive price and no separate VAT line. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man) only. Delivery options and rates are shown at checkout. Orders over £200 ship by tracked, signed-for service by default.

4. Returns

Please see our Returns Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

5. Authenticity & warranty

Branded watches are parallel-imported (grey-market) goods. They do not come with the manufacturer’s UK warranty. We provide our own 12-month MX Watches movement warranty in its place. Full details are in Authenticity & Warranty — please read before ordering.

6. VAT

New stock is sold at the standard 20% UK VAT rate, included in the listed price. Second-hand stock may be sold under HMRC’s VAT Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718); for those items only the margin is subject to VAT, and no VAT amount is shown separately on the invoice. We retain a margin-scheme stock book in line with HMRC record-keeping requirements.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Beyond that, our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
