Returns Policy
Last updated: 2 June 2026.
The short version
You have 14 days from receiving your watch to change your mind, no questions asked. The watch needs to come back unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags. Once it’s back with us we’ll refund you within 14 days. Faulty watches: see below.
Your 14-day cancellation right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
- You have 14 calendar days from the day the watch is delivered to tell us you want to cancel.
- To cancel, email hello@mxwatches.co.uk with your order number.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the watch.
- The watch must be in the same condition we sent it: unworn, original box and packaging, all tags, manuals and warranty card intact, protective film still attached if it was attached when shipped.
- You pay return postage (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery — uninsured returns are not our risk).
- We refund the full purchase price (including the original outbound shipping at the cheapest tracked option we offered) within 14 days of receiving the watch back and inspecting it.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject a faulty watch for a full refund. Please email a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery if anything is wrong out of the box — damaged glass, packaging tampered, scratches we didn’t flag, that sort of thing — and we’ll arrange a free return label and a replacement or refund as you prefer.
Warranty claims (after 30 days)
If the movement (the timekeeping mechanism) fails within the 12-month MX Watches warranty period, see Authenticity & Warranty for the process. Battery replacements, strap wear, scratches, water damage, and accidental damage are not covered by the warranty.
What we can’t accept back
- Watches that have been worn or resized.
- Watches missing the original box, tags, manuals, or warranty card.
- Watches damaged by the customer after delivery.
